Patty Bare

Patty (Ludwig) Bare, age 67, of Portage, MI passed away suddenly at her home Aug. 22, 2015. She was born May 12, 1948 to Donald and Myrtle (Reil) Ludwig, in Kalamazoo. Patty retired from JCPenney. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, "Bare" on Aug. 15, 2015, six days before their 45th wedding anniversary. Surviving is her daughter, Melissa; grandchildren, Sophia and Donte; sisters, Dianne (Bill) Kiewiet, Gail (Dave) Bratt. Services are Saturday, Aug.29, 2015 at St. Ambrose Parish Activity Center, 1628 East G Ave. Parchment, MI 49004 at 2:00pm with visitation at 1:30pm. In lieu of flowers an educational fund has been set up for her grandchildren. Contributions may be made to either Dianne or Gail.
