Patricia Ann Forman

Patricia Ann (nee Clark) Forman, 76, passed away on May 11, 2020. She was born September 27, 1943 in Three Rivers, Michigan to Elmer Cleyon and Pearl J. (Harrison) Clark. Pat was a graduate of Ferris College. She loved watching the Game Show Network and Say Yes to the Dress and adored her cat and dog. She enjoyed meeting with her friends at the Antique Kitchen in Portage for lunch. She was preceded in death by her father and his wife, Elmer and Marilyn Clark; special friend, Patrick Springer; and sister, Debra Kirk. Pat is survived by her sons, Eric Forman (Jessica Vannatter) and Daniel (Lisa) Forman; mother, Pearl Fulton; seven grandchildren; siblings, Vicki Derderian, Michael Clark, Patrice Peacock, Pam Otton, and Paul Fulton; as well as many nieces and nephews. Private graveside services will be held for the family at Moorepark Cemetery in Three Rivers. A Celebration of Pat's Life will be held once current restrictions have been lifted.
