Olive M. Aslani, age 85, passed away Saturday, September 23, 2017 at The Villa at Lincoln Park. She was born in Oshkosh, WI, February 14, 1932, daughter of the late Emil and Ann (Nee: Beard) Wagner.

In her earlier years Olive was employed by the State of Wisconsin for seventeen years. She was a longtime member of St. Rita Catholic Church. An excellent cook, Olive also loved tending to her flower garden, dancing, and crocheting. Above all she was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who cherished time with her family.

She will be dearly missed by her children, Kathleen Lui of Sturtevant, Rosemary (James) Ferguson of Hancock, Robert (Theresa) Lui of Caledonia, Thomas (Patricia) Lui, Susan McAuliffe, all of Racine; her grandchildren, David Hoffman Sr., Brian Koelper, Timothy Ferguson, Matthew Lui (Stefanie Rygiewicz), Jennifer Lui, Michelle (Daniel) Uciechowski, Kelly (Jason) Fixaco, Wayne Lui, Terry Sweeney, Tammy Clausing, Jonathon Weber, Amanda (Peter) Deschler; 11 great-grandchildren;

brother, Pastor Daniel (Helen) Reud of MN; sisters, Violet Brown of CA, Betty Studinski of Wautoma; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ramoush “George” Aslani; brothers, Terry (Elaine) Wagner, Ole (Helen) Wagner, Edward Wagner; and sister, June Griswold.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 27, 2017, 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Wednesday at the funeral home from 5:00 P.M. until time of service at 7:00 P.M. Private family interment will be held at Calvary Cemetery. Memorials to the Alzheimer’s Foundation have been suggested.
