Nicholas Hannig

Passed away suddenly, Tuesday, May 23, 2017 Nick born October 11, 1971 was born in Kalamazoo, graduated from Portage Central and attended Schoolcraft also. He served in the United States Navy,enjoyed hunting, fishing, water skiing and tubing, motorcycles and fast cars Nick was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Art and Marion Brocker, maternal grandparents, Fred and Helena Menck, he is survived by his daughter Logan Hannig, His father and step mother, Terry and Judy Brocker, mother and step father Nancy and Derck Oppenhuizen, brother Ron Brocker, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. A celebration of Nick's life will be held at the Portage Eagles, 11611 Shaver Road, Schoolcraft, MI on Sunday, June 4, from 1:00 to 3:00. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make a donation to Logan's college fund.
