Nancy Cummins

NANCY L. Cummins, age 73, passed away September 2, 2017 in Hickory Corners, MI. Nancy was born January 2, 1944 in Battle Creek, the daughter of Ira and Linnea Hall. She graduated from Delton High School and has been a lifelong area resident. Nancy always had a passion for music and was a singer in a band. She was a member of Sweet Adelines. She volunteered at the VA and American Legion. Nancy enjoyed horseback riding and was a 4-H Club member. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Cummins; her daughter, Pamela Hofmann and grandson, Joshua Horton. Surviving are: her sister, Noel Hayward; nephews, Robbie, Chris and Jody Adams; daughter, Kimberly Carden; grandsons, James and Jonathan Carden and granddaughter, Tiffany Horton. Our family would also like to thank all the caregivers that took care of Nancy over the years. Graveside services will be held 4:00 p.m. Thursday, September 21, 2017 at East Hickory Corners Cemetery in Hickory Corners, MI.
