Redmond, Michael J. Paw Paw Twp. Passed away Wednesday January 4, 2017 at Bronson Methodist Hospital. Michael was born February 8, 1950 in Kalamazoo the son of Earl and "Opal" Christine (Oakley) Redmond. He graduated from Comstock High School, was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the U.S. Army, member of Comstock VFW Post 6252 and retired from Pfizer as a chemical coordinator. Surviving is his daughter, Helena Redmond of Comstock; grandson, Dylan Tuinier; brother, Gerald (Clara) Snelling of Richland; sister Cathy Redmond-Knowles of Miami, FL. Friends will be received 2-4 & 6-8 pm Sunday January 8, 2017 at Parchment Redmond Funeral Home where services will be held 11 am Monday. Interment will be in Ft. Custer National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Children's Advocacy Center.
