Michael Korda, aged 97, resident of St. Ann's Home, formerly of Cedar Springs, died Monday, May 29, 2006. He was preceded in death by his wives, Agnes and Lila; daughter, Barbara Matthews; son-in-law, Thomas Truskowski. He is survived by his children, Stephen (Irene) Korda, Sr., Sonya (Steve) VanValkenburg, Michelle Truskowski, Valerie (Gregory) Russell; grandchildren, Stephen Korda, Jr., Susan Marie Korda, Paula DiTrapani, Roger Matthews, Stephanie Johnston, Russell VanValkenburg, Michael Truskowski, Jennifer "Joy" Truskowski, Heather Hill, Josh Wiser; great-grandsons, Brandon and Gage.
