Melissa Boothe

Melissa Kay Boothe, age 46, of Kalamazoo, MI passed away on Friday, December 16, 2016 at University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor. Melissa was born in Kalamazoo on February 7, 1970. She is survived by her children, Brandon M. (Stephanie) Stout and Aaron W. (Julia) Carpenter; three grandchildren, Chloe, Aza and Adeline; her father and mother, Richard D. Root and Teresa L. (Skees) Root; a dear sister, Tammy Moerman; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins and loved ones. A private family service will be held with private burial in Mt. Home Cemetery in Otsego. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association. Arrangements by Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel,
