Matilda Mary Rosenbalm, “Tillie”, age 90, passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2015, in Mystic, CT. She was born in Hixton, WI, November 25, 1924, daughter of the late Frank and Agnes (Nee: Neubauer) Lamberty.

On December 1, 1945, she was united in marriage to John A. Rosenbalm and together they raised 3 children, Steven, Connie, and Brian. John passed away December 7, 1994. Tillie was a longtime Racine area resident moving to Connecticut in 2011 to be close to her daughter. Tillie was an active member of St. Sebastian’s Catholic Church. Her greatest joy came from taking care of her home and family. She will be dearly missed.

Surviving are her children, Connie (Andre) Lefebvre of Ledyard, CT, Brian (Patti) Rosenbalm of Waterford, WI; 4 grandchildren, Eric (Tracy), Kristofor (Jennifer), Caleb (Christina) and Katelyn; 4 great grandchildren, Sophie, Olivia, Claire, and Alayna; sister-in-law, Helen Lamberty of Racine; nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her son, Steven and 6 brothers and sisters.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Sebastian’s Catholic Church, 3030 95th St. Sturtevant, Friday, May 20, 2016, 10:00 A.M. with Reverend Mark Jones officiating. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet Friday at the church 9:00 A.M. until time of Mass. Masses in Tillie’s name or memorials to the American Heart Assn have been suggested.
