Mary Yanosik

Mary Gail Yanosik, age 62, from Lawrence, went to be with Jesus May 18, 2016 with her family at her side. Mary was born December 17, 1953 to Fred and Eileen Niles in Paw Paw MI. She always found the good in people, was loved and respected by all that came to know her. Mary was “Aunt Mary”, “Mom”, and “Grandma” to many people. She found great joy in spending time with family, gardening, sewing and especially baking with the grandkids. Mary joins her parents Fred and Eileen Niles, her husband Darrel Masten, her siblings Fred and Betty Niles, Joyce Steinke, Nancy Lawson, and her nephew William Steinke in Heaven. She is survived by her siblings Ken (Marcia) Niles, Loretta (Marcial) Noora, brother in laws Gerald Steinke and Paul Lawson, husband John Yanosik, daughter Erika (Donald) Craig, sons Derek Masten, Darrel (Rachel) Masten, Ernie McDaniel, Craig (Karen) McPike, grandchildren Kaitlin and Jaidin Craig, Darrel and Chloe Masten, Ernie (Angela) McDaniel, Alicia, Courtney, Gregory, Danielle and Lauren McPike, great grandchildren Brooklynn and Silas McDaniel and several nieces and nephews.

The family ask you to join them for visitation on Monday May 23, 2016 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and -Betzler & Thompson Life Story Funeral Homes at 60900 M-40, Paw Paw, MI 49079. The funeral will be on Tuesday May 24, 2016 at 1:30 at the same location. Burial to follow in Hamilton Township Cemetery, Decatur MI. There will be a meal to follow at East Arlington Baptist Church in Lawrence at 40040 48th St, Lawrence, MI 49064.

The family has asked that attendees dress casual (Jeans and a shirt) as Mary always wanted everyone to be comfortable.

In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations be given to the family (Erika Craig) to help cover the funeral expenses.
