Mary J. Rattinger (née Jadryev), 92, passed away peacefully on October 5th, 2015.
Mary, was a loving mother to her daughter, Joyce Karaviotou, and son-in-law, Paul, devoted grandmother to Melissa Karaviotou and Angela (David) Ahlgren. Mary is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Albert, and 6 siblings: John, Anne, Peter, Christopher, twin brother Roy, and Edna. Mary moved to Saugatuck from Chicago in 1980 and enjoyed bowling and playing cards on Thursday afternoons with her many friends. She loved animals and fed any bird that visited her many feeders, and was a lifelong Cubs fan.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2015, at St. Peter's Church, Saugatuck, MI at 11:00 am.
Memorial contributions may be made in Mary’s memory to Hospice of Holland.
