Died May 8, 2015. Sister was born April 4, 1932 in Pontiac, the daughter of John and Margaret (Mersino) Martin, and was a member of the Congregation of St. Joseph. She is survived by her sisters: Sr. Jean Joseph Martin of Nazareth, Sr. Rose Mary Martin of Nazareth, Margaret (Richard) Doll of Pontiac and Patricia (Lloyd) Anderson of Lake; brothers: John (Diane) Martin of Rochester, Gerald (Jeanne) Martin of Lake and Leo (Jeanette) Martin of Waterford; many nieces and nephews and the Congregation of St. Joseph. Friends will be received at Holy Family Chapel Tuesday after 4:00 PM. A vigil service will be held Tuesday evening 7:00 PM in the Holy Family Chapel where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday 10:30 AM with final viewing at 10:15 AM. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Sisters of St. Joseph, P.O. Box 29; Nazareth, MI 49074.
