Mary Louise Thirsty (nee: Collins), affectionately known as “Mopstick”, age 63, went to be with the Lord on Friday March 4, 2016 at Kenosha Manor Care Nursing Home.

She was born on March 25, 1952 to the late Mary Collins and Este Graham in New Albany, MS. Louise confessed her faith at an early age at Pine Bluff Church in New Albany, MS. She received her education from B.F. Ford School and later relocated to Racine, WI. She was employed as a seamstress for years at Rainfair. In her spare time, she enjoyed crafts, sewing and her music.

Mary Louise leaves to cherish her memories her siblings, Jessie James Huges, Pearley Collins, Sheila Collins, Jeffery Collins, Jenell Graham, Eddie Barry, Robert Barry, James Barry; special Auntie Ruth Howell; special friends, Mr. WC Blackwell, Wilma White, and Elnora “Ms. Busy” Wainwright; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Collins and Este graham; grandparents, Elzie Hicks Sanders and Charlie Pearl Sanders, Louddie Cooper, Dan Graham; brothers, WT Graham; William Collins; sister Lovie Collins; and Aunt Emma Graham Adams

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, March 10, 2016, 11:00 P.M. at St. Paul Baptist Church, 1120 Grand Avenue. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Thursday at the church from 10:00 A.M. until time of service at 11:00 P.M.
