Mary Ann Lojeski, age 71, passed away unexpectedly Friday, March 3, 2017 at Ascension All Saints Hospital surrounded by her adoring family. She was born in Racine, November 28, 1945, daughter of the late Erwin and Frances (Nee: Madden ) Lojeski. She graduated from St. Catherine’s High School, “Class of 1964”.

Mary Ann was an amazing, selfless woman who always put others before herself. Anyone who was lucky enough to have known her was better for it. She had a God-given gift to make everyone feel special. She was full of love and always saw the best in people. She leaves behind a legacy of joy, faith and love.

Mary Ann began working as a legal secretary for the Joseph J. Muratore Law Firm 53 years ago, upon high school graduation. She enjoyed her career and excelled at it. She was a member of St. Richard’s Catholic Church. Her faith guided her throughout her life. She enjoyed movies, musicals, and shopping. Her dog, Daphne, and cat, Fancy, were her faithful companions. Above all she treasured being “Auntie Mame” to all of her beloved nieces and nephews. She truly is unforgettable and will be dearly missed.

Surviving are her siblings, Judy (Frank) Sharkozy, Bob (Sharon) Lojeski; sister-in-law, Judy Lojeski; nieces, Jennifer (Neil) Tremelling, Jodie (Brian) Nelson, Mary Jane (Eric) Stearns, Sarah (Brandon) Amason; great nieces and nephews, Nolan, Elisabeth, Aaron, Ryan, Alissa, Katie, Emily, Natalie, Lauren, Liam, Jude, Lenora, and Gabriel; other special nieces, nephews; her best friend, Sheila Angel; longtime friend and employer, Joe Muratore Jr., and other dear friends.
