Martine Walker

Walker, Martine 6/29/1950 - 3/10/2019 Parchment Martine (Marty) Sue Walker, 68, Parchment, Passed away March 10. She was born June 29, 1950 to Richard & Norine Woodhouse. She grew up in the Vicksburg area, where many of her years were spent on Barton Lake. A graduate of Comstock H.S. and she also attended KVCC. She worked many years at K-Mart in Kalamazoo, and Fema Corp of Portage. She Married the love of her life Herb Walker in 1976. Together with their children, grand children, and great grand children there was plenty of love to go around. Family was her first love, next were her pets Tia, Baby, and Midnight. She also enjoyed her many flowers, tie dye clothes, yard sales, and setting up at the flea market. She was preceded in death by her parents, and grandson. Martine is survived by her husband Herb, 8 children, 25 grand children, and 23 great grand children, and her three brothers, Bob, Rick, and Jeff. There will be a celebration of life service and luncheon on Sat. March 16 at noon at Country Christian Evangelical Free Church at 9286 S. 36th St. Scotts, MI 49088
