Marolyn Hendershott

Marolyn E. Henderschott, age 83, of Eastport, MI died peacefully at home on Wednesday, August 10, 2016. Marolyn was born on July 10, 1933, in Scottsbluff, NE, the daughter of James Merle Ewing and Mary Esther (Schrontz) Ewing. She loved being a homemaker, caring for her family and traveling around the world. She is survived by her husband, Richard F. Hendershott; children: Dixon Wragg of Cotati, CA, Jeffrey Wragg (Marie Fitzwilliam) of Charleston, SC, Sheryl Wragg (Clifford Hodge) of Cardiff, Wales, Mark Wragg (Jude Grant) of Grandville, and Mary (Charles Luttenton) of Grand Rapids, Stephen Hendershott (Liz) of Ortonville, Richard Hendershott (Judy) of Clarkston, David Hendershott (Abby) of Rockford, and Timothy Hendershott (Britney) of Dubai, UAE; 14 grandchildren; brothers, James M. Ewing, Jr. (Anna) of Alta, CA, and Robert Ewing (Peggy) of Gold Run, CA; brother-in-law, Raymond Gerow of Schoolcraft; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. A service will take place at Eastport Baptist Church, Eastport, MI, on Saturday, August 13. A private family burial will take place at a later date in Grand Rapids.
