Marion "June" McCauslin

McCauslin , Marion "June" Lawton Marion "June" McCauslin, age 94, lifelong resident of Lawton, Passed away Thursday, October 20, 2016. Born to the late Robert and Marie (Hall) Hammel on August 11, 1922 in Lawton. Marion is survived by her four children, Andreia Gailhouse, Terry (Barbara) Wolownik, Char Raber and Cathy (Warren) Cummings. June also leaves 15 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren, along with her sister, Gloria DeGraaf and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles McCauslin, her sisters, Roberta Keselowski and Nola Eberle and two brothers, William and Richard Hammel. For 55 years June enjoyed selling Avon products, she retired from Lawson Oil Co, with more than 30 years of service. June was a 25 year member of the Lawton Lions Club where she was known as "sarge". She also took pride in her seamstress work that she did for the Lawton Schools and the Lions Club. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Monday, October 24, 2016 from 5-8 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 502 W, Michigan Ave, Paw Paw. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at the Lawton Community Center, 646 N, Nursery Street, Lawton, with Ron Packer officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Lawton.
