Marilyn Rae (Fuller) Courtade of Williamsburg died on October 19, 2014.

She was born in Dimondale, MI on October 6, 1937 the daughter of Howard Fuller and Alice Swartz.

Marilyn was a stay at home mother until her children were of school age. She started her career in manufacturing; retiring from Lear Corporation in 2002.

Marilyn was Miss Suttons Bay in 1955 and Runner up for the Cherry Festival Queen. She was a seamstress and made all her daughters dresses. She loved to cook and was an amazing baker and canned food regularly for her family. Marilyn enjoyed listening to albums, spending time with her family and was well versed in Trivia and enjoyed games shows.

Survived by her children, Christopher (Helmi) Courtade, Deb (Chip) Sternaman, Dave (Ruth) Courtade all of Traverse City and Steve Courtade of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; 21 Grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; siblings, Richard (Betty) Fuller, William (Carrie) Fuller, Elizabeth (Wayne) Neff, Larry Fuller and Barbara (Jim) Rasmussen.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband; Leroy Lewis Courtade who died on August 13, 2014; children, Michael Lee Courtade and Lisa Ann Courtade and brother, Howard Fuller.

A memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 14, at St. Francis Catholic Church. Memorial Contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
