Marilyn Canute

Marilyn June Canute, 90, of Traverse City, MI, passed away at Tendercare Health Center of Traverse City, December 24, 2015. Marilyn was born March 2, 1925 in Kalamazoo, MI to Cyril and Margaret (Harvey) Root. She was a graduate of State High School. She married Robert H. Canute on September 16, 1949. They were married for 57 years. Marilyn is survived by her children, Sharilyn Daniel and Tom Canute. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert and daughter, Sandy Potts, who passed the same day as her. Marilyn will be laid to rest next to her husband at Mount Ever Rest Memorial Park, Kalamazoo. Please sign the guest book and share a message.
