Magdalen E. Fritz, age 97, passed away Friday, April 28, 2017 at Parkside Manor, Kenosha. Magdalen was born in Bismark, North Dakota, September 18, 1919, daughter of the late Christ and Helena (Nee: Bartole) Fritz. She was employed for thirty years by Burlington Northern Railroad.
Survivors include her brother-in-law, Harlyn Albert of Kenosha; nieces and nephews, Mary Stegler of Lowell, IN, Liz (Donald) Morzfeld, Kathleen Albert, Paul (Jackie) Albert, Susan Albert, Veronica Seleski, all of Kenosha; other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother and sisters, Joseph (Velma) Fritz, Elizabeth (Elbert) Bauer, Mary (Joe) Smith, Veronica (Paul) Jensen, Susan (Frank) Hofka, and Georgette Albert.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday May 2, 2017 5:00 p.m. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until time of service at 5:00 pm. Memorials to St. Jude’s Children Hospital or ASPCA have been suggested.
