Louis Teall, Jr.

Louis E. Teall, Jr., age 87, of Decatur formerly of Lawrence, MI went to be with his Lord on Sunday, March 19, 2017 and was reunited with his wife of 42 years, Bernita. He was born June 5, 1929. Louis was a retiree of Georgia Pacific. He is survived by his son, Mark (Myla) Teall; step-daughter, Harlene (Frank) McKinney; grandchildren, Melinda Padgett, Tony Teall, Jeff (Kelli) Rice and Raeanne (Mike) Cooper; ten great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Shirley Andrews; brother, Wesley Teall, several nieces and nephews including special niece, Suzy Walsh. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Joldersma & Klein Funeral Home; Pastor Walter Gerstung officiating. Private interment will be at Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park South. A time of visitation will be held at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Special Olympics of Michigan, c/o the funeral home.
