Loretta Brunner

Loretta M. Brunner, age 89 of Paw Paw, passed away on August 3, 2017 at White Oaks in Lawton, Michigan. The daughter of Carl and Lillian (Newmann) Brunner, Loretta was born in Paw Paw on July 6, 1928. A life long resident, Loretta was a 1946 graduate of Paw Paw High School and a member of the First Presbyterian Church. Loretta enjoyed an office career of over thirty years at the Upjohn Company of Kalamazoo. Loretta is remembered for her faith and devotion to church where she enjoyed singing in the choir. She also participated for many years in the Paw Paw Community chorus. Loretta enjoyed life and was a positive person in any situation. Loretta had a special impact on the lives of the family members, friends and those who were fortunate enough to have known her. Surviving is a cousin, Robert Cassada of Paw Paw, and second cousins; Lisa Cassada, Gary (Jonette)Pardike and Gregory(Bonnie) Pardike and friend Irene Cassada, all of Paw Paw. Loretta was preceded in death by her parents and cousins Betty Cassada and Eleanor Pardike. A memorial service will be held at The First Presbyterian Church at 11 a.m. on Monday, August 14, 2017; with internment at Prospect Cemetery following.
