Lola Boussom

Lola Belle Boussom of Kalamazoo, MI, passed away 11/6/17 at age 87. While her life wasn't traditional, she had the resilience and inner strength to recover, reinvent and rebuild. Lola raised three strong-willed, quirky, loving kids who gave her a run for her money adored her stepchildren and grandchildren. Lola's "never give up" mindset helped her husband and the love of her life, Clarence, survive multiple incidents of cancer. She excelled in her career at Diapers Unlimited advancing from office secretary to Vice-President. Lola could "bust a move" on the dance floor with her friend Charles. She loved to watch reruns of "Friends" with her granddaughter, Stephanie. She was always up for a coconut donut from Sweetwater's with her friend, Jack or a hamburger at Main Street Pub with her beloved son, Poo. Good journey Lola, to what ever comes next!
