Lois M. Beaudoin

91, passed away on Thursday October 31, 2019. Lois was born November 23, 1927 in Grand Rapids, MI to the late Edward and Elizabeth (Beck) Maitner. Lois was united in marriage to Lawrence Beaudoin, Jr. on August 19, 1950, who preceded her in death in October of 1998. She resided in Portage most of her life and was a member of the Portage Senior Center. She enjoyed playing cards and going on trips with the center. Lois is survived by her children, Gary (Sally) Beaudoin and Jim (Brenda) Beaudoin; grandchildren, Quincy (Michael) Kwast, Kim Beaudoin, Jamie (Eddie) Bobbio and Andy Beaudoin; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her siblings, William and Donald Maitner. At the family's request, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place on Saturday, November 16th, 10:00am at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 1150 W. Centre Ave., Portage, MI 49024. The family will greet friends for the hour before the memorial service. A private interment will take place at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, 4100 Clyde Park Ave., SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49509. Services are entrusted to Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial & Cremation Services, 411 East Centre Ave., Portage.
