Linda Lea Frances Weill, age 67, passed away Friday, February 5, 2016, at St. Luke’s South Shore in Cudahy. She was born in Green Bay, WI, December 19, 1948, daughter of the late Howard and Cecelia (Nee: Peters) Hill.

Linda Lea graduated from Wm Horlick High School “Class of 1966”. On September 23, 1978 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, she was united in marriage to David J. Weill. Linda Lea was employed at Modine Mfg for 15years retiring in 1981 to raise her family. She was devoted to her husband and children and will be dearly missed.

Surviving are her husband of 37 years, Dave; children, Todd N. Weill and wife Ashley Wanless; Tracy R. Weill; in laws, Marilyn (Clayton) Venne of Racine, Timothy (Faye) Weill of Nashville, TN, Donald (Julie) Weill of Waukesha; nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Sandra.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, February 12, 2016, 11:00 A.M. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 1533 Erie St., with Reverend Steve Varghese officiating. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Mausoleum, Hwy 32. Relatives and friends may meet Friday at the church 10:00 A.M. until time of Mass. Memorials to the American Heart Assn or the American Diabetes Assn have been suggested.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to all of Linda Lea’s caregivers at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints and Aurora Health Care for their loving and compassionate care.
