Linda Campbell

Age 74, passed away peacefully, after a long fought battle with cancer, on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at the Glenn Arbor Hospice Residence in Battle Creek, MI. She was born July 26, 1944 in Humboldt, IA to Calvin and Adalaine (Freis) Haas. Linda dedicated her life to her husband, Harold James Campbell of more than 50 years, to her family, and their beloved farm. She adored and loved her grandson, Dalton Campbell, and enjoyed traveling with him to his BMX bicycle races across the country. Linda is survived by her husband Harold James Campbell of Richland, MI; her two sons David (Nicole) Campbell of Richland, MI; Paul (Denise) Campbell of Greenville, NC; her grandson Dalton Campbell of Richland, MI; and two granddaughters of Greenville, NC. In addition, she is survived by her sister Sharon (Dennis) Firestine of Wood Village, OR; and her brother Duane (Margaret) Haas of Davenport, IA; as well as her nieces and nephews. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, brother Roger Haas, and sister Elaine (Haas) Taylor. The family will greet friends, to share remembrance, on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Charles & Darls Smokehouse and Grill at Gull Lake View, 7417 N. 38th Street, Augusta, MI from 1:00 PM 5:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Linda's name to the Glenn Arbor Hospice Residence.
