Linda Ann Bonamego, age 66, peacefully passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at the Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Arkansas. Linda was surrounded by family and friends. Linda was born to Anthony and Anzelma Bonamego on January 1, 1950 at 12:01am, the first baby born that year in Van Buren County, Michigan. In 1968, Linda graduated from Lawrence High School; upon graduation, she entered the Borgess School of Nursing where she completed the Nursing Program in 1971. She worked in southwestern Michigan as a registered nurse. Linda also had a passion for fashion and design that she studied at Michigan State University. She moved to Fayetteville, AR in 2010 to be closer to her grandchildren. She was an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Linda enjoyed tending to her plants, reading, fashion/design, nature, antiques, and her favorite pastime was attending her grandsons' sporting events. Linda was a wonderful, kind, caring person, and a credit to her profession. She leaves a void and will be missed by all who knew her. Linda is survived by her two children: Lora Tucker (Sean Jones) of Live Oak, FL, and Steve (Allison) Tucker of Conway, AR; two grandchildren: Jackson and Carson Tucker of Conway, AR.; brothers Louis Bonamego of Lawrence, MI, Anthony (Rita) of Colorado Springs, CO; sister MaryAnn Bonamego of Lawrence, MI; nieces and nephews: Monica Bonamego of Pipersville, PA, Adrianne Bonamego Zarnegin of Beverly Hills, CA, Maurice Bonamego of Chicago, IL, John (Paulette) Bonamego of Mount Pleasant, MI, Rosanna Sellers of Salt Lake City, UT, Louis Bonamego (Yuka) of Tokyo, Japan. Services were conducted at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Augustine Cathedral School in Kalamazoo, MI.
