Lester Little

Little, Lester W. Kalamazoo Passed away on Thursday morning, May 21, 2015 at Wings Home in Allegan. He was born on July 6, 1927 in Carlinville, IL, the only child of the late Lester E. and Geverna (Woodruff) Little. Les was a veteran of the United States Army serving during World War II. He was employed by Granite City Steel in Illinois for over 30 years until his retirement. Surviving are his wife of 19 years, Barbara Little; daughter, Connie (Mike) Sheppard; son-in-law, Ivan Isenberg; step-children, Gary (Trish) Nyberg, Bob (Dawn) Nyberg, John (Patty) Nyberg, and Kevin (Cheryl) Nyberg; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his parents and daughter, Jeannine Isenberg. Inurnment with military honors will be held in Ft. Custer National Cemetery at a later date. There will be no visitation. Memorial contributions may be directed to Wings Home. Arrangements were entrusted to Langeland Family Funeral Homes.
