Leontine Marie (Staten) Green, 88 of Kalamazoo MI last Saturday after a short illness. Mrs Green was born in Danville, IL and eventually moved to Kalamazoo, MI in 1967 with her husband John Green Jr and family. Mrs Green was preceded in death by her husband and siblings, Scipio and Alviena. She is survived by all of her children, grand children and great grandchildren. Funeral will be Sat. June 1st at St Joseph Catholic Church, 936 Lake St, Kalamazoo MI at 11 am. Visitation will be Fri. May 31st at Harper Funeral Home 521 Douglas Ave, Kalamazoo MI from 5 pm to 7 pm Mrs Green was cheerful and respectful to all. She will be greatly missed.
