Leon K. Mann, age 65, of Augusta, MI passed away November 22, 2015 in Kalamazoo. Leon was born February 11, 1950 in Battle Creek, the son of Raymond and Mildred (Fisher) Mann. Leon owned and operated Mann's Towing in Hickory Corners, since 1978. Leon loved his cars especially his 1970 Mach 1 Ford Mustang. He also enjoyed family dinners, taking his children to Cedar Point, and taking his grandchildren to the Galesburg Speedway. Leon is survived by a son, Travis (Amanda Gibbs) Mann, a daughter, Kelly (Chad) Hunt, five grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Leon was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Margaret Orns, brothers, Raymond Jr., Gordon, Kenneth and Russell. Leon's family will receive friends, Tuesday, 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the Williams-Gores Funeral Home where his funeral service will be conducted, Wednesday, November 25, 2015, 1:00 PM. Burial will take place in East Hickory Corners Cemetery. Those who wish to make a memorial contribution are asked to consider the needs of the family.
