Lee V. Maile, Sr., of Three Rivers formerly of Schoolcraft passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at the age of 79. Lee was born on June 19, 1936 in Kalamazoo. He was the son of Jack and Dorothea (Virgo) Maile. Lee graduated from Schoolcraft High School in 1955. After high school Lee went on to serve in the United States Army.
Lee is survived by his son: Lee Maile, Jr, of Battle Creek; stepdaughter: Paula Schira, of CO; one granddaughter: Marissa Maile; two sisters: Jacklyn (John) Skinner, of Schoolcraft; Mollie (Marty) Nagtzaan, of Byron Center; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife: Clara Kiger and his parents: Jack and Dorothea Maile.
The family will have a graveside service on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at 1pm at Schoolcraft Cemetery.
