Lawrence "Larry" Roach

Lawrence “Larry” James Roach passed away in November 2016 at the age of 55. He is survived by four daughters, Nicole Phillips, Carly Roach, Alyssa Roach and Kaitlyn Roach, his grandson Jude Phillips, sister Kathy Uriss, brother William “Bill” Roach, and sister-in-law Carolyn Roach, as well as many nieces, nephews and several friends who Larry had the habit of calling “brothers.” Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Gladys (Summers) Roach and William Roach, and two older sisters, Bonnie Berk and Shirley Ortegon.

Larry will be remembered forever for his brave, adventurous and playful spirit, his love of music, and his affinity for learning new words. Larry was acutely aware of how hurtful this world could be and he did his best to be a light in that darkness.

Memorial events to celebrate Larry’s life will be organized in the coming weeks. Any monetary support will be utilized to cover the costs of arrangements as well as to maintain the house that Larry was fond of calling his “sacred circle.”
