Kevin Brouard

Kevin J. Brouard, born October 22, 1953, passed away after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer on May 20, 2019. Kevin is survived by his wife, Mary (Sandy); their two children, Erin & Nathan; his brother, Alan (Kathy); Aunt Jean; mother-in-law, Pat Sandy-Smith; brothers & sisters in-law; several cousins, nieces, nephews and dog Rudy. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Keith and Ruth M. Brouard, and his two brothers, Duane & Steve. Kevin's family were long-time residents of Martin, MI where he graduated in 1971. He was formerly employed at Rockwell International in Allegan and retired, after 28 years, from Donnelly/Magna in Holland, MI. In his early years Kevin developed a deep passion for the outdoors. He was well respected and decorated in silhouette shooting. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting in the back woods of Martin, fishing anywhere he could drop a line, or hitting a round of golf with close friends. Kevin's proudest moments where showing his children that same passion. Kevin and Mary have spent recent years relaxing by the river and enjoying camp fires with friends at Whispering Waters Campground in Hastings. They recently celebrated 30 years of marriage. There will be no service at this time. Kevin's cremains, along with a memorial marker, will be placed by the family at a future date. They request donations be made to Wings of Hope Hospice, Allegan, MI.
