Kelly L. "Pops" Lucas

Kelly Leon Lucas (Pops), 50, of Racine, WI passed away on August 2, 2018 at Ascension Healthcare after fighting with Stage 4 cancers.

Kelly was born on August 28, 1967 in Racine, WI and was a lifetime resident. He was a graduate of Washington Park High School.

Kelly was married to Monika Lucas on April 24, 1992; they were married for 26 years. Kelly worked as a freelance web developer since 1998. He enjoyed playing video games, Dungeons & Dragons, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Kelly is survived by wife, Monika, son, Ricky C. Lucas, daughter, Sabrina, daughter, Darlin, brother, Ricky A. Lucas, and his 6 grandchildren, Michael, Lavender, Annabelle, Dahlia, Jayden, and Kylee. Kelly is preceded in death by his mother, Sarah Lucas.

A memorial service will be held at the funeral home Thursday, August 16, 2018, 1:00 P.M. Relatives and friends may meet prior to the service 12 P.M. till 1:00 P.M.
