//cdn.lifestorynet.com/obituaries/017/111641/111641-05.jpgKeith Donald Addy, age 47, passed away unexpectedly Monday April 4, 2016 at St. Luke’s Medical Center. He was born in South Milwaukee, March 15, 1969, son of the late Donald and Susan (Nee: Stabner) Addy.
Surviving are his wife and love of his life, Donna; his beloved sons, Brandon and Ryan; his siblings, Heidi Addy, Mary Boettge, Karl (Christine) Addy; in-laws, Sally Kobleski, James and Kathy Schmadl: sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, Christine Munguia, Josh Schmadl, Jessica Vallin; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Tuesday, April 12, 2016, 9:30 A.M. with Rabbi Martyn Adelberg officiating. Interment will follow at Racine Jewish Memorial Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Monday at the funeral home 4- 7 P.M. In lieu of flowers memorials to the family would be greatly appreciated.
