Kathleen Harris

Harris, Kathleen Kummert 4/9/1970 - 5/12/2021 Kalamazoo Harris, Kathleen Kummert April 9, 1970- May 12, 2021 Kathleen lost her four-year battle with cancer and is finally at peace. She was a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and eventually started a long career with Pfizer as a Project Manager, which she followed to Kalamazoo. Kathleen was the adored wife of the late Paul Harris (her Sweet Baboo), who died on 4-5-21. Kathleen and Paul owned and operated Pizza Katerina near their home in Kalamazoo, realizing a dream to have their own business. She was the beloved daughter of Cecelia and the late Richard Kummert Sr., the treasured sister of Karen, Rich (Stacie), and Michael, and the dear aunt of Isabella and Nolan. Kathleen is also survived by many cousins and friends. We loved her and will miss her always. Kathleen and Paul requested any donations in their memory be made to the Michigan Humane Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and per their request no service will be held.
