Lipka, Katherine "Kathy" Sunday, October 30th, Kathy went to be with her Lord and Savior. She was born May 28, 1950 in Hancock, MI to Frances and the late Emil Platske. Kathy had two passions in life, The Lord and Motorcycling. Spending several years ministering to bikers through The Christian Motorcycle Assoc. Over the years she participated in several evangelical programs including ministering to the ladies at the Kalamazoo Co. Jail as well as co-hosting a television program with a previous pastor. Kathy is survived by her husband, David Lipka; her mother, Frances Platske; a loving sister, Susan Teague; a son, Scott Martin; and two step-sons, David and Brandon Lipka as well as three nephews and several grandchildren. Memorial services will be held Monday, November 7th at 10:00 AM at Country Acres Village Community Hall, 2300 Barney Rd.
