Entered into her rest Tuesday,March 15, 2016 at the age of 75. Julie is the dear sister of Alice (Ian) Cugley and Sue Reilly. She is further survived by neices, nephews, other relatives and friends. Julie was preceded in death by her parents Julius and Elizabeth Loosbrock (nee Kurz) and her sisters Elizabeth Kelly, Sister Mary Julius OP, and Carol Loosbrock.

Family and friends will gather Saturday March 19 at the Funeral Home from 2:00 PM until time of Memorial Service at 3:00 PM.

Julie was born and spent her childhood in Dubuque, Iowa. She taught at St. John’s Cathedral High School prior to its closing in 1976. She was Executive VP at MGIC prior to retirement, and was a volunteer English teacher to first generation Russian Immigrants.
