Judy Elliott

Judy Anne Elliott (Mrozek), age 67, of Constantine, MI passed away on September 14, 2017 after a long illness. She was born on September 25, 1949 in Michigan City, Indiana. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Charles Mrozek and Anne Cecile Mrozek (Majka). She is survived by her husband Gary Elliott, and her sons Matthew Elliott and Harvey Elliott. Judy was a graduate of Western Michigan University and was a life long educator, retiring from Constantine Public Schools, where she taught home economics. She also contributed to the community through coaching girls sports, especially Cross Country, and organized an annual Run Through Purgatory race to raise funds. She was an avid gardener with an extensive array of flowers, fruits and vegetables. She enjoyed baking and had a lifelong love of sewing. Unfailingly kind, she dedicated her life to helping others, whether friends, family, or her many students. A wake will be held at the American Legion in Constantine on October 15, from 2-4 PM.
