Judy Lynn Bradshaw, age 78, passed away Tuesday July 30, 2019 in Rose Arbor Hospice Residence. She was born on August 6, 1940 in Kalamazoo, MI a daughter of Christian and Eva (Bach) Coertse and had been a lifelong area resident. Judy met the love of her life and best friend, Dave, through her brother, Ron Coertse. Within a year they were married and started their life together of 58 years. She worked at Kalamazoo Sled Company for approximately 3 years and at that time decided to start her new full-time job as a mother and homemaker. Judy enjoyed staying active with bowling, camping, boating, water skiing, family vacations, trips to Lake Michigan, the sun & beach, crafting, bargain shopping, taking lots of family photos, floating in Chris & Tim's pool, and most of all spending time with her grandkids, great-grandkids and her puppy dog, Jessi. Grandkids always said she was the best cook and the only one who could make their scrambled eggs and macaroni cheese the way they liked. Judy was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Dave; three children, Chris (Tim) Eager, John H. Bradshaw and Steve M. (Debbi) Bradshaw; four grandchildren, Erin (Aaron Gilles) Bradshaw, Michael Bradshaw, Ashley Bradshaw, and David Bradshaw; seven great-grandchildren; and a brother, Ron Coertse.
