Joyce Lynn Roberts 65 of Traverse City died Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at her home. She was born on January 17, 1949 in Detroit the daughter of John and Mae (Mahloy) Brown.
Joyce was the Vice-President for Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina until her retirement in 2010. She and her husband, moved to Traverse City that year because they loved the area.
She was a vendor at the Red Dresser. Joyce had a passion and was skilled with antiques and home design. She loved gardening and was a true Antique Picker for resale and collecting.
Joyce is survived by her husband, Robert H. Roberts of Traverse City; brother, Robert Brown of Chester, Virginia and numerous nieces and nephews.
