Joyce A. Gregg, age 75, of Kalamazoo, MI passed away on Monday evening, January 30, 2017 at Bronson Methodist Hospital. She was born on March 29, 1941 in Indianapolis, IN, the daughter of the late Everett and Alberta (Patrick) Stewart. She was employed by Western Michigan University as a cook for over 17 years until her retirement. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, fishing, camping traveling and canning. On July 30, 1983, she was married to Roger 'Tuff' Gregg, who survives. Also surviving three children: Vicki (Chris) Tiffany; Mark (Jackie) Gregg and Chad Gregg all of Kalamazoo; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Shirley (Mitchell) Meints of Portage, Juanita (Bob Swisher) King of Comstock; brother: William 'Lester' (Jean) Groves of Kalamazoo; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were two children: Kenneth Dean and Lori Dean. Visitation will be from 5-8 PM on Thursday, Feb. 2, at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick Street. A funeral service to celebrate Joyce's life will be held at 1:30 PM on Friday, Feb. 3, at the funeral home. Private interment will be in Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
