Joyce E. Pawloski

Joyce Elaine Fales Pawloski, aged 81, of Grand Rapids passed away on Monday, November 23, 2015 at St. Ann’s Home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard M. Pawloski, her brother, Russell, her sister, Thelma, her sister, Donna Mae, her brother George, her brother Glenn, her mother, Carrie Fales Broderick, and her father Judd Fales. She is survived by her son, Mark (Gwyn) Pawloski of Grant, MI; her daughter Terry Devault of Grand Rapids; her grandchildren, Sean and Alex Pawloski, Jenny Bajema, Jeffrey Bajema, Leeza Devault as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Joyce worked for many years at RC Allen. At her request there will be no services. She will be buried with her longtime love, “Bernie” at Kent Memorial Gardens. Strong willed, loving, hardworking, independent, Joyce passed away peacefully and painlessly due to natural causes. She loved researching genealogy of her family as well as knitting. She was a loving wife, sister, mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered. Contributions in her memory may be made to Michigan Veterans Homes.
