Joseph T. Vosika

Joseph T. Vosika, age 79, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2016 at RidgewoodCare Center. Joseph was born in Racine, March 25, 1937, son of the late Joseph and Cathryn (Nee: Asby) Vosika.

He proudly served in the United States Navy Reserves. Joseph was employed for many years at Boeing in California and Cooper Industries in Caledonia, WI.

Survivors include his sister, Sue Almeida¬-Thilleman of Racine, WI and Scottsdale, AZ and her step-daughters, Stacey Almeida Dahms of Racine, WI and Stephanie (David) Honan of Wauwatosa, WI, Lynn (Michael) O’Brien of Scottsdale, AZ; Uncle to Sean (Amy) O’Brien of Grafton, WI, Erin O’Brien of Milwaukee, WI; Great Uncle to Rece, Katie and Camden O’Brien; other relatives and dear friends.

Memorial Services will be held at the funeral home on Sunday September 11, 2016, 4:00 p.m. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Sunday from 3:00 p.m. until time of service at 4:00 p.m. Memorials to Ridgewood Care Center or charity of one’s choice have been suggested.

The family would like to thank the staff at Ridgewood Care Center for their wonderful care the last three years.
