Passed away April 19, 2019 at White Oaks Assisted Living in Lawton. Joe was born May 15, 1928 in Chicago the son of Frank and Julia (Klosz) Till and has lived in the Bangor area for over 70 years. He enjoyed fishing on Lake Michigan, and was a member of the River Bend Boat Club, South Haven. Joe was also a member of Sacred Heart Church, Bangor. He worked as a machinist at the Fuller Transmission Division of Eaton Corporation, Kalamazoo. Surviving are his daughter Diane (Ken) Heisig of Pittsboro, NC. He was preceded in death by his wife Helen, his sister, Julia, and 2 brothers, Fred, and Frank. The family will meet friends 10-11 AM Friday, April 26, 2019 at Sacred Heart Church. Mass of Christian Burial will follow the visitation at the Church at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Breedsville Cemetery, Columbia Township, MI.
