Jerry Yoder, of Vicksburg passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at the age of 79. Jerry was born on December 8, 1939 in Burne, Indiana and was the son of Aaron and Fern (Young) Yoder. He was a Vicksburg High School graduate from the Class of 1958. He married Rosemarie Powers on February 6, 1959. Jerry worked until his retirement at Kalamazoo Stamping & Die. He is described by his family as outgoing, giving, quiet, but very observant. His hobbies included hunting and being outdoors.

Jerry is preceded in death by his son, Thomas Yoder and brother, Jacob “Lee” Yoder. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Rosemarie; three children: Bob (Vicki) Yoder, of Vicksburg; Barb “Babs” (Mark) Forward, of Galesburg; Patrick (Angela) Yoder, of TN; 5 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren. He is also survived by one step-brother, Kyle Taylor, of Portage and several nieces and nephews.
