Jeffery J. Stam, 46, of Panama City Beach, FL and originally from Portage, MI, passed away Monday, July 17, 2017. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael S. Stam. Those left to cherish his memory include his parents, Craig and Ellie Dove; sister, Christina Wiles (Rodney); stepsisters, Abby Dunnings (Bob) and Angela Brakke; stepbrother, Patrick Dove (Lisa); as well as six nieces and nephews.
