Jane (Mary Jane) Eager

Eager, Jane (Mary Jane) 5/18/1931 - 2/28/2017 Passed away February 28th, 2017 due to complications from a fall at her home. Jane was born in Kalamazoo, MI, May 18, 1931 and a lifelong resident of Comstock, MI. She loved her family, enjoyed gardening, cooking, planning backyard pool parties, and spending time with lifelong friends. She was known for her quick wit, work ethic, determination, and unique ability to creatively repurpose objects! Jane and her husband co-owned and managed the Pepperidge Farms Franchise for 27 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, John, after 57 wonderful years together, and is survived by her two sons: Kip (Pat) of Augusta, Kris (Claire) of Richland, four grandchildren: Kyle, Kurt, Dana, and Devan, and two great-grandchildren Kensea and Kameron. Additionally, her "sister, mother, daughter" Luanne Cooper (niece). In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A private interment will be held at a later date at Fort Custer Veterans Cemetery.
