Jane Decker

Jane May (Post) Decker went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 7, 2021. She was born to Jim & Hazel Post in Grand Rapids, MI on Sunday, August 19, 1945. She is survived by her husband, Earl of Portage, MI after 53 years of marriage in July of this year. Also surviving are her sons, Gregory and Stacey of Caledonia, MI and Alan and Danielle of Portage, MI; her grandchildren, James Decker and Christina Decker of Portage, MI and McCoy Ziehl of Caledonia, MI; her brother, Marv & Amelie Post of Baton Rouge, LA; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a special aunt and uncle, Ted and Erma of Phoenix, AZ. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Nancy Ann Carey, and her baby daughter. Services will be held on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 11:00am Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 E Centre Ave, Portage, MI 49002 with Pastors Craddock and Nienhuis officiating. Friends may meet the family on Thursday from 10:00-11:00am at the funeral home prior to the service. Memorials may be sent to West Michigan Cancer Center, 200 N.
