His legacy is cherished by his mother, Essie Mae Bradford-Vincent of Kalamazoo, MI., four sisters, Magnolia (Willie) Crockett of Kalamazoo, MI., Julia Vincent and Clara Vincent of Kalamazoo, MI., and Teresa (Kenneth) Foreman of Tulsa, OK; two brothers, Bishop John (Lady Barbara) Vincent of Tulsa, OK., and Jimmy William (Patricia) Vincent of Tulsa, OK.; one uncle, Henry (Aunt Alma) Bradford of Detroit, MI.; two aunts, Ella Vincent of Lansing, MI., and Janie Johnson of Birmingham, AL.; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Brother James is preceded in death by his father; John Sr., his brother; Nathaniel Sr. and one niece; Camilla. Brother James will Lie in State in the sanctuary of the Church Of God Pentecostal 2929 East Main St. on Friday March 11, 2011 from 5 to 7 PM, where The Homegoing Celebration will take place at 11 AM Saturday March 12, 2011 with his brother The Bishop John Vincent Jr. Eulogizing.
